BRIEF: In the course Editorial Design, I got the chance to create my own magazine and later on print it. The main focus was on layout and typography but it also included coming up with the theme of the magazine and finding images and content.

SOLUTION: A magazine about jewelry and everything around it, called gems. My first (and only) issue has the theme of pearls. Pearls in jewelry, fashion, art and culture. Gems’ main typeface is hand drawn by myself, but I have no rights to any of the photos used.
